STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Shush PT has worked closely over the past 2 years with Premier and Regional netball clubs developing their strength and conditioning throughout the season. We work alongside the coaching team to assist in developing the style of game that the club want to play.

Our role will be to help players get faster, stronger, more flexible and keep going longer so they perform better and stay clear of injuries. We will structure a periodised programme that targets both strengths and weaknesses of the players.
